@WilliamGunn Thanks for the great question - for sake of this market, I will not count govt agencies or branches banning DeepSeek as part of the resolution. The reason being that govt agencies might prohibit staff from using any LLM because of security concerns, and I think spirit of the question is more about wider national ban beyond govt agencies/branches.
