@KevinBurke Does the shutdown count as this? A ton of contractors on incremental payments have missed a payday now, and the description sets the standard at one day and includes consultants.
@Panfilo if there’s a shutdown, seems like those payments are no longer congressionally authorized? (But regardless, the wording is broad so it’ll come down to Kevin’s intended spirit of the question, they can clarify what they meant).
