Exclusions: single-user assistants/bots, utilities, productivity tools, news readers, dev tools, or creator apps where sharing is incidental.
“Owned by OpenAI” means the App Store developer/publisher is OpenAI or its wholly owned subsidiary. If the developer name hasn’t updated post-acquisition, official OpenAI communications or a consensus of credible reporting can establish ownership.
Ephemeral availability: If the app is installable before the deadline and later removed, it still counts if availability at/before the deadline can be evidenced.

SA: It’s mostly an entertainment product, but there is more of a social use case in these small groups sharing funny memes of each other than we thought, than I thought. But all social products have sort of drifted to entertainment products and messaging is the new social right?
