The last month or so on Manifold has been extremely entertaining. Beginning with the Tumbles Financial Complex/Canadian election shenanigans, the RISK creation and proliferation, and now the 60 mana median bet market.

I have enjoyed all of this entertainment, and at no monetary cost! Not sure this should even be possible...

I love Manifold, and not only do I think it's fun, but it's also something I view as a tool for future social good (as well as prediction markets more generally). Unfortunately, the financial situation for Manifold, at least from the outside... doesn't look so good. Since the de-pivot, mana sales have plummeted, and I'd like to give a little stimulus to Manifold as a thank you for this incredible fun I've had over the almost last year.

That said, I probably wouldn't have bought $100usd of mana if it weren't for this message I sent in the Discord (see banner or comments)...

While I don't think anyone at Manifold intentionally let the misresolution of the Canadian election market go on for long enough, it was misresolved, and Tumbles was able to clear his debts with the help of his incredible cat, Orangey. At least temporarily... lol.

So, I bought the mana, and now I'm giving it away, conditional that you also buy $5 worth of mana (500 mana). Comment on this market after buying your $5usd worth of mana (500mana) and I'll double your purchase for you by sending you 500 mana directly.

This means up to 22 users can receive a small gift of mana. Limit of up to one purchase per user.
