This is to expand the Other option from Tetra's market. If any named option from Tetra's market resolves to YES this market will resolve to "Someone in the original market".

If Tetra's market resolves Other this will resolve to the person who becomes president if listed. Answers must be one single person not listed in the original market. Answers not following this rule will be N/A
