Does Anglesey count as a small island or is that large? Or is that ok as Anglesey already connected by bridge to mainland?
I am betting no thinking a tunnel is more likely and even that probably prohibitively expensive. More traffic/revenue for Eurotunnel, which is shorter and cheaper and faster to build but that went bust. Underground makeup is better for tunnelling but I doubt that helps much.
