A "major case" is defined as one that receives coverage in at least three major national news outlets (NYT, WaPo, WSJ, CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, NPR) and involves a significant policy, executive order, or constitutional question. It resolves NO if fewer than 3 such rulings occur by the resolution date.
