What happens if Luffy finds the One Piece while Biden is alive but Biden doesn't see it?

In August 2019 the author said that according to his predictions, the manga will end between 2024 and 2025.

but i could see it going longer at this point

@strutheo With the pace it’s going right now, I would be genuinely shocked if it ended by EOY 2025. I’ve buckled up, already anticipating being a fan the next few years.

@strutheo Maybe the manga will end but Luffy doesn't find the One Piece, it is found by someone else or is destroyed or whatever (I have only read the beginning)
