Use mana to let the team know what you think about how they're running the website. 100% means everyone is happy with the direction Manifold is going and the team behind it, and 0% means something has probably gone tragically wrong.
Does not impact profit rankings
You get your mana back through loans over time
Permanently open market, will not resolve.

Like come on guys, WTF?

@10thOfficial i am generally against resolving to market price, so no overall arguments from me there, but FWIW in that specific case i am confident it was just people trailing the spike in the polymarket price and not people trying to game the system

@10thOfficial There were some news updates on that yesterday: https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/jeffrey-epstein-trump-client-list-declassified-b2696710.html
@10thOfficial totally fair! i am generally against penalizing people for going against market consensus, and i would probably personally advocated for N/A (if the market cannot be run until conclusion as intended). but i understand why that would have angered a lot of other people who had booked paper profits along the way.
@10thOfficial luckily I wasn't involved in the whole sweepstakes thing but I feel bad for people who were. The way removing them was handled is simply terrible, I would feel robbed.
Sweepcash removed
@Robincvgr wait does that mean the entire pivot has been reversed now in less than a year? First the trader bonus to trading fees switch, then the removal of loans, then prize points and sweepcash
@GleamingRhino I am still sad at the planned removal of sweeps and will miss it but this was pretty funny

@10thOfficial I disagree. The buttons are imperfect and always have been. I want the team to keep messing with them until they're good.
(While I'm here, my proposal is:
Default to placing a trade directly on the market (not limit order nor whatever you did last)
Have a box for typing in value of trade and percentage of limit order
Remove sliders
Have +-1 and +-5 buttons for limit order percentage
Have +-50, +-250, and +-1000 buttons for value (for both direct and limit trades) (alternative, smaller amounts for low liquidity markets)
Default to 50 mana for both direct trades and limit orders
Lovely bonus that I'd love if you did but don't really expect you to: have a way to add like 20 limit orders at once, such as 50 mana every percentage point in both directions from the current market value.)
