So far, there are a number of people online speculating that it's vaporware - But a lot of that could be kneejerk reaction. That said, from the NO side, it remains true that hardware is hard, and a complex device like a GPU is especially difficult, doubly so for a startup.
On the YES side, they seem to have focused on providing value for specific use cases served well by their hardware design, like faster rendering for movie frames, which might help them to escape the valley of trying to make a device which is everything to everyone, and in the end, nothing to anyone.
