I will try to drink at least 3 litres of water a day until 4. May 2025.

Rules:

  • Tea or decaffeinated coffee count.

  • The quantities I drink in restaurants and at other people's homes are only roughly estimated.

  • On days when I am visiting other people, I may opt not to measure or estimate the amount at all, without resolving NO because of it.

That seems excessive, do you have a goal in mind or are you doing it for the challenge?

@Ppau If you factor out water intake from food, ~3 litres is my individual daily water intake recommendation, according to most sources I've found. I'd like to become healthier in general and have usually drunk too little in the past.
