If you think about it, if you know how to do AGI-human alignment you would also know how to do human-human alignment, and therefore if you don't know how to do human-human alignment you wouldn't be able to do AGI-human alignment. And so far in human history human-human alignment seems to be the one problem that is next to impossible to solve.
@AntonBogun humans are diverse, and free, but a single AGI could be easier to conform, not free, diversity controlled.
