Will the claims by Elon Musk quoted below be substantively true by EOY 2025 (to provide a reasonable time buffer)?

Resolves to YES if by EOY 2025, there is an open source publication (at least once, doesn't have to be updated) of the new Twitter algorithm, which centrally incorporates Grok or other generative AI, and which allows meaningful and obvious adjustment of the algorithm's results via conversation with Grok in a variety of directions.

New algorithm must be in place for 7 continuous days without reversion, starting at any point in 2025 (this period can extend into 2026).

Resolves to NO if any part of the above is not true by EOY 2025.

I'm very skeptical that X will give the user substantial control over their feed. I think it's pretty clear that X runs on engagement metrics and I suspect that giving users more control over their feed would lower rather than increase engagement.

I can see them letting the user write what they want to see and don't want to see as natural language prompts, though. And then just weighing that as one factor in the overall decision as to what to present to the user.

What if it’s opt in?

@Maxx Fair question. Let's say it has to be available to free users but can be opt in.
