Will resolve after the 2032 US elections for President, Senate, and House of Representatives.
Resolves NO if either of the two candidates who got the most and second-most popular votes in the presidential election does not belong to either the Democratic or Republican parties.
Resolves NO if the number of Senators who are not in either party outnumbers the number of Democratic Senators, or outnumbers the number of Republican Senators. The same applies to the House.
Otherwise, resolves YES.
