@VivaLaPanda, why do you say 15 percent yes? They've been stuck in court for 3+ years now (winning generally, but it shows no sign of stopping), laid no track, and lost their CEO. They've made no posts on their website since 2020.
I really wished they would work, but I'm not seeing anything point towards it happening.
Further, even if they did unexpectedly start laying track tomorrow, 6 years is a remarkably short time for intercity rail line to be laid in a first world country after 1970.
