The singleton must hold complete control (i.e., the ability to theoretically control every atom) over its territory which must cover the Hubble volume or be expanding omnidirectionally at a sizeable fraction of the speed of light. The singleton must be permanent, unoverthrowable, and be under the personal control of Elon Musk.

The singleton does not have to be invulnerable to theoretical probabilistic means of collapse due to random quantum fluctuations, or to a simulation termination.

This market will resolve FALSE if the creation of the singleton is due to spontaneous quantum tunneling effects 10^10^10^34 years in the future.
