Resolution Criteria: The market resolves "Yes" if VLXXHub achieves the highest total watch hours among all streaming platforms in Vietnam by December 31st, 2025, as verified by:

• Independent analytics platforms (StreamElements, StreamLabs, or similar)

• Official company reporting

• Credible market research firms

• Major Vietnamese tech news outlets

• Total watch hours must be measured across all content types (gaming, IRL, entertainment) on the platform

• The platform must maintain this position for at least 7 consecutive days

• If another platform leads in total watch hours by the deadline, the market resolves "No"
