At the end of the year, the QB with the highest amount of fantasy points in the league will resolve at 100%, and each other QB will resolve at what percentage of that top QBs amount. For instance, Josh Allen finished at 410.6 last year as the highest QB total (would resolve at 100%), Jalen Hurts at 371.8 would resolve at 371.8/410.6 = 91%
