Of potential relevance: Swedish politicians (specifically MPs) perform better than the general population on coginitive tests; squinting at the bottom-left corner of figure 2 here (https://doi.org/10.1093/qje/qjx016) makes me think it is roughly equivalent to an average IQ of 112 for parliamentarians.

The spread here (so far) is pretty wild!
