What has to be true of a computing device for it to count as "desktop"?

I will be relying on different market share aggregators; which typically relies on the browser's UserAgent properties to determine device type.

So, it essentially has to run a browser with default settings of a Desktop User-Agent

Okay. I'd be curious whether a Steam Deck gets counted.
