Multivitamins cocktails are overrated and can be counterproductive. Take only the vitamins you need and not necessarily all year.

I quit last year and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. Alcohol has aesthetic, social, and cultural benefits, and I’ve appreciated them for a long time. Good beer, wine, and liquor can be wonderful experiences for the palate and great source of fun. But that’s about it, and they’re typically offset by headaches, GI issues, and dark moods.
