@Gigacasting I disagree that it's occurred but that's definitely a better phrasing.

It's never happened before in ~250 years, seems <20% of it happening in the next 80. Especially since the current political atmosphere is too partisan for it to really happen in the next decade or two, so it's more like a 70 year window.
