This market will close every Saturday at 6 pm eastern for me to think about whether or not it was a busy news week (unless a story leads me to preemptively determine it has been). If not, this resolves NO; otherwise it'll resolve YES. If I miss a week and can't tell if I thought it was busy or not, I'm just gonna N/A this question.
