Dan Hendrys (CAIS) released the "Introduction to AI Safety, Ethics, and Society" Textbook. I'm not sure if this counts. After clicking through it does not seem to me that it goes through "a large portion of current AI Safety agendas". It is more focused on explaining the fundamental problems and not really on agendas being pursued to solve these. On the other hand, it clearly is an AI Safety Textbook.
(I haven't actually read the book, just skimmed sections that seemed relevant)
