Does this resolve n/a if neither has an assassination attempt against them by dec 31?

Well, this is mainly about who will be targetted first. Threats with words, cyber attacks,leaked info etc. related to the assassinations, as long as they make the news will be taken into account. I am sure that something will come up, but if not then it could possibly end in n/a.
