@TomBouley If it's equivalent to a normal nation by the UN, as specified in title. That's a pretty high bar.
@Ernie that is still ambiguous. AFAIK the UN does not recognize whether entities are nations or not; one could say that membership in the organization is a sufficient, but not necessary, criterion for that.
Like with the Khalistan question, perhaps a clearer criterion would be recognition by one of the five permanent members of the UNSC (although I personally am not a fan of that criterion because Russia abuses it for its own expansionist purposes).
