Clarifications:

Inactive creator, reopened with close date extended to end of year. Should be extended until Nintendo releases a new console or there is otherwise enough info to know how this resolves.

I think this question should be extended?

Nintendo uses its pricing power very liberally.
I'm not sure they'll give up the opportunity to sell a lot of digital titles yet again.
