Why did you word it so strangely?

If you are referring to answers like
4.954B or more and less than 4.956B
I am trying to make clear 4.954B exactly falls in this range but 4.956B exactly falls in the next range. With this many digits in source, exactly 4.954B or similar is highly unlikely but if ranges appear to be overlapping or otherwise isn't clear, someone might want to ask to clarify. Instead I get asked why worded so strangely.

>=4.954B & <4.956B could be an alternate format but so many symbols, so thought it might be better to fully state in words so people cannot misinterpret symbols. Maybe the more you do to try to clarify, the more complex it seems? I tend to think clarity in wording is desirable but perhaps there is a point when excessive wording becomes counterproductive?
