@Bayesian for simplicity it should be based on the Nasdaq (US) 4pm ET regular session close on May 30 (31 is Saturday markets closed). That is the most relevant and liquid market, while after-hours is prone to glitches and manipulation given the low liquidity. Besides, that's what https://companiesmarketcap.com does, an easy, reliable reference without having to resort to compiling shares outstanding and such.
