@Robincvgr Not yet. It's virtually guaranteed there is going to be a recount and there's certainly still a chance that could flip it with there only being a 664 vote margin.
@mattyb Not really. The type of RCV they use doesn't count all voter preferences and leads to the same problems as FPTP.
