The question title and description don't really match up. There's evidence of minor voter fraud somewhere in the country almost every cycle, it's just essentially never enough to make a difference due to how decentralized our elections are. Title should be "evidence of voter fraud that changes an electoral vote" or something like that.

@Anonymouse It is, I was just pointing out that the description technically contradicts (rather than simply clarifying) the title. I view it as somewhat bad practice, because someone could bet based on the title and be missing a massive part of the question.
