See, this is kind of misleading. Because of special relativity hijinks, one could go to space commercially, orbit around Earth for a little bit, and if you're moving a lot faster (its much easier to do in space than on Earth), then boom! you've technically time traveled. you've experienced less time than other individuals on Earth.
so a rephrasing of the question could be "Will commercial long-term space voyages be available before 2100?" if this satisfies market criteria.
@astyerche putting this there since "normal manner" is kind of subjective... a more interesting (and would be low percentage almost instantly) would be "travelling back in time"
