I will call @FairlyRandom once a day to generate a number from 1 to 20. If the outcome is 20, I will resolve to NO on odd days of the month and to YES on even days. Otherwise, I will extend the market by one day.
I might bet small amounts.

@4fa just making sure, you'll only run fairly random after the market closes? so that we can leave limit orders and not worry about them being taken
@Bayesian Yes, the idea is to close, run FairlyRandom, and only reopen if the result is not 20. So, while some limit orders might be taken after reopening, there won't be a possibility for movements all the way to 1% or 99% if the result is 20, because the market stays closed and resolves.
