Would a “tech demo” or “engine demo” that was publicly playable but had only a negligible subset of their planned features count? They’ve done play-tests with a single arena to test combat mechanics for example.

@MatthiasPortzel good question - i would not count a demo or play test. It would have to be a beta of the intended final game, showcasing a vertical slice of features.
