Pokemon counts as Nintendo. If they make a Luigi's Mansion world or a Yoshi world that counts as a new thing. Mods will resolve in the event of a controversy over what counts as a new thing.
Any land must have more than one attraction to count as a land. So if they open up a Pokemon kids area with one merry-go-round and one fountain that counts, even though it wouldn't really be a "land".
