This refers to Blackflip Sit, FA by Vadim Timonov in 2023. It is in Pushka, Russia. See the video of its ascent here: https://youtu.be/sPoFOV9MWak.
This might be subjective so let me clear up a few rulings:
The best source would be a specific grade given in a video they produce about it. For example, Timonov's video about the ascent has V16/17 in the title, so I would count that as a grade of V16/17.
If none is given in a video but they log it on 8a.nu, I would use the 8a.nu grade.
Otherwise if they give an explicit verifiable comment, e.g. on social media or in an interview, I would use that.
"Hard V16" counts as V16; "soft V17" counts as V17.
"V16 or V17" is a grade range and not a specific grade; only V16/17 counts as V16/17.
If it's been a year after the ascent and they still haven't offered a grade, I'll resolve to no specific grade.
If they say they agree with the original grade, I count that as V16/17.
I'm only counting the sit start, not the V15 stand start.
