If there is a caries vaccine readily available in the United States to any portion of the population before 12:00 AM January 1st 2030 Central Time, this market will resolve to yes. Otherwise, this market will resolve to no.

"Readily available" for the purposes of this market simply means that some portion of the population can get the vaccine without being enrolled in clinical trials. Even if the vaccine is limited to only a certain age group, or a group of people with certain conditions, etc. or has only gone through Emergency Use Authorization and not full approval, that will still be sufficient for this market to resolve to yes.
