There is a proposal to remove the interstate, I94, that connects Minneapolis and Saint Paul with a boulevard called the Twin Cities Boulevard.

This will resolve to YES if the highway is removed in any capacity before 2040.

It will resolve NO if there is still an interstate highway connecting the two cities.
