Resolution criteria

This market resolves to the coach who is officially announced to have left their position (due to resignation, termination, retirement, or accepting another coaching role).

Official announcements from the University of Florida Athletics website or the Miami Dolphins official website will serve as primary resolution sources. Reputable sports news outlets such as NFL.com, ESPN, or NFL Network will also be used. The earliest credible public announcement will determine the resolution date.

Background

Billy Napier was named the head coach of the University of Florida Gators football team on November 28, 2021. He is currently in his fourth season with the team. In 2024, Napier led the Gators to an 8-5 record, finishing the season strong with four consecutive wins.

Mike McDaniel was named the head coach of the Miami Dolphins on February 7, 2022. The 2025 season marks his fourth with the team.
