This resolves YES if, by the end of the year, Honkai Star Rail has any one-click methods of swapping the full set of equipped relics on a character for another. This might include:

Making individual relics specific to which team is enabled.

A method of creating "outfits" which can be equipped to a character.

A button to swap all relics currently equipped by two different characters.

The feature must give the player the ability to determine the precise relic from their inventory that is equipped. The existing "Drop all Relics" and "Equip Recommended Gear" features do not meet the criteria.
