This question resolves YES if any US state mandates that full-time employees recieve at least 4 weeks of paid time off per year worked before the end of 2030.
Fine print:
Full-time refers to any employee who works at least 40 hours per week.
The PTO days must be able to be used somewhat flexibly; there can be "use it or lose it" type policies or brief periods where employees are not allowed to use PTO, but things like preset holiday days do not count.
DC counts as a state for purposes of this market.
If the federal government mandates this, then this resolves yes.
